Despite Resident #14 reporting increased amounts of pain to her leg, the facility failed to provide her with additional medication or request the physician review her medication orders. The facility learned Resident #14's pain occurred due to a fracture of the femoral neck (hip fracture). The facility reported a census of 38 residents.
