The facility failed to obtain orders to hold Lasix (diuretic medication) for Resident #1 after she received Resident #2's medications, which included blood pressure (BP) lowering medications. Resident #1 was transferred to the hospital for low blood pressure and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.
