This affected one of three licensed nurses observed during medication administration pass and RI #33, one of four residents observed during medication administration pass. Findings Include: RI #33 was admitted to the facility on [DATE] with the diagnosis of Dry eye syndrome of unspecified lacrimal gland, Generalized pain, and Unspecified Osteoarthritis.
