    Inspectors wroteBased on observation, interviews, and record review the facility failed to prepare food under sanitary conditions by ensuring the gas burner stove was cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. The gas burner contained brown-like food stains and food particles on top and black like buildup on the side panel of the stove and grill. This has the potential to affect 84 out of 85 residents who eat orally residing in the facility at the time of survey.

There were 85 residents residing in the facility at the time of survey.
