Findings Include:On 06/01/2026 at 8:33AM, observed that the seal, on the door of the freezer, was cracked and separating. Dietary Supervisor (DS) G observed the cracked seal and stated that there was a replacement seal available. According to the 2022 FDA Food Code section 4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment. (A) EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2.
