This deficient practice resulted in an Immediate Jeopardy for Resident #72 on 01/14/2025 at approximately 7:20 p.m., when Resident #72 was served hot coffee from the evening snack/hydration cart that she spilled on herself. The resident was sent to the emergency room where it was determined she had second degree burns from the spilled coffee. The deficient practice had the likelihood to cause serious harm or death to 95 residents who were served hot liquids, as identified by S1Administrator.
