CNA A failed to properly secure the foley catheter tubing (indwelling tube to empty the bladder) while providing incontinent care to Resident #18. This failure placed the residents at risk of their Foley catheters getting dislodged, unwanted pain,trauma, infections, and decreasing their quality of life.
